Digital Products — Final Sale

Because our products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed.

We do not ordinarily offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Download or Product Issues

We want every customer to receive the digital products they purchased.

Please contact us if:

You did not receive your download link.
Your purchased file is damaged or cannot be opened.
You received the wrong digital product.
The product is materially different from its description.
You believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
